-
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
-
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
-
Salt and pepper to taste
-
1/4 cup pizza sauce
-
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
-
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
-
1/4 cup pepperoni slices or any desired toppings
Directions:
-
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Grate the cauliflower into small rice-sized pieces using a box grater or a food processor.
-
Transfer the grated cauliflower to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 4-5 minutes, or until softened.

Let the cauliflower cool slightly before placing it in a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth. Squeeze out the excess moisture.

In a bowl, combine the cauliflower, egg, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
-
Divide the mixture into small portions and shape into 4 pizza crusts on the prepared baking sheet.
-
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden and crisp around the edges.
-
Remove from the oven and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each crust.
-
Top with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni (or other toppings), and fresh basil.
-
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the toppings are heated through.
